These collect, use, process, and disclose our consumer's information of privacy via the use of the website, and Monkey Wash application (Apps).  It including's the products services, features, and other internationally that operated by Monkey Wash further in the future. 

The appliance policies to our consumers, suppliers, collaborators, partners, agents, and others that are related; such as service providers.  It is collectively as well as "you", "your", or "yours", "users" and "washers".

We save information about our consumers from registration, web-based applications, mobile applications, and other product and services.

The applicable Privacy Statement of services by Monkey Wash is applies to anyone that uses our service. Users will be delivering the offer from our Services by register as a Consumer or Washer. Statement on this information does not apply to the data collection of Monkey Wash collaboration partners. Services interaction as both as a User/Member and a Washer/Service Provider will be applied due to the respect of the privacy statement in the term of the interaction's usage.

Direct Information by Users
The data we collect get by the information delivered through the registration of an account with Monkey Wash.  The reservation booking, request demand, feedback, and contact us on every detail of our user's information will be include. 

Locations Information
We gather the data we received from the mobile applications of Monkey Wash Apps used by both Users and Washers when the Apps is running. 

Information via Transactions
Details of the information we gain from transactions that are made related to the purpose of our services.  It including the types of vehicles, date and time of the services made and what has provided, amount charged, and other related transactions that relevant to our services. 

Protection on Information 
The collection of information that we gather will measure by the security to maintain the safeties of data.  Implementation by us includes engagement information with Apps and websites.  

 

INFORMATION SHARING

Our consumer's data collection is protected by us.  As we do not sell it to other parties, trade, or otherwise transfer to other outsiders' parties that received to Monkey Wash.  We strictly make the confidential information for other trusted third parties that in aligning with the assistance in the business operations.  Including the consultants of business, market consultants, investors, collaborates, and others who agree on parties.  We believe the appropriate to release the information of the consumer's information due to complying with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

Personal Data of our collection that we gain from the registration of our consumers is sensitive for some information. Due to the information that is sensitive by nature such as Identification of types of vehicles, plate number and other related background are as applicable. This information is in strict compliance with laws that apply and only with your consent. 

 

RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT SECURITY

The Personal Data of our consumers that we received will be used for the purpose of testing, data analysis, and product services development.  This understands and allows to analyse the needs, preferences, data protection of consumers.  Plus, to improvise and enhance the security safeness on behalf of our Services and future new developments. 

Any modification will and can be done due by Monkey Wash company at any time.  Plus, it is automatically agreeable and applicable for any enforcement.

 

REFUND POLICY

1. Top up successfully but order location is out of services coverage area
2. Pre-book order unable to reschedule with more than 3 time.
3. Top up successfully but didn’t receive the credit in Monkey Wash apps wallet.
4. Our washer caused scratches or damaged customer car during car wash. 
5. Refund will be proceed within 7 - 10 working days as per refund requested.
6. Refund amount will only based on the top up amount , the extra credit received in our apps wallet with using our promo code will not be able to refund.
