How to place order for car wash?
Click Car Wash icon, select your car type, locate your address at the Grey bar (remarks your exact location at White bar such as parking floor number), tick the Service which you like to order and click booking now.
How to TOP UP?
Click wallet icon on the top left side bar, select your top up value and click TOP UP with Online Banking, Debit/Credit Card or any E-Wallet available.
How to click Promo Code?
Click wallet icon on the top left side bar, select your top up value. Key in Promo code in the TOP UP Code bar and click TOP UP with Online Banking, Debit/Credit Card or any E-Wallet available. **Remember key in code before you Top up, not after top up.
Why I cannot find washer around me?
Due to our Radius coverage within 15km and Washers current location, you may experience NO washer around to serve you. However, you may proceed to prebook request, our customer service will arrange washer to serve you as soon as possible within 3 working days.
Why my Pre-Book order show pending?
Pre-book is an order request and is not a successful booking list. Once you have submit the Pre-book order, please allowed our customer service to contact you to confirm the order and arrange washer to serve you the soonest within 3 working days.
My area has No water and Power Supply, can I book?
YES. Our washer come with their own water tank and portable power supply which can serve you at Anytime Anyplace.
How long it takes to complete the services?
For Exterior Car Wash Service, it will takes around 30 minutes.
For Interior Vacuum & Sanitzing Service, it will takes an additional 10 - 15 minutes.
Do we need to park at a specified location for car wash?
No,you can park at anywhere and our washer will proceed the car wash directly.
Do I need to pass car key to washer for car wash?
No, we don’t ask for your car key when we proceed the car wash. Only required you to open your car when you want to have interior vacuum or car disinfection services.
What if we want to wash another car on the spot but didn’t order from apps?
You can ask the allocated washer to accept the order on the spot. But, if the washer have another booking and unable to accept it, you can do Pre-Book in our apps or contact with our customer service for further assist.
